I am interested in patient financing, how may I apply?

MediCredit® accepts applications via telephone (800-963-6334), facsimile (800-987-3299) and online (www.medicredit.com).

How soon will I know if I am approved?

Most applicants will have a response within 30 minutes. You may designate your preference of contact being email, facsimile or telephone.

What are MediCredit® interest rates?

Interest rates range from 7.9% to 22.9% depending on the credit profile of the applicant and/or co-applicant. We have 24, 36, 48 month terms for all approved applicants, and a 60 month term available for applicants with high credit profile.

Are there interest free programs?

MediCredit® provides 3, 6, 9, 12 & 18 month interest rebate programs to every applicant/co-applicant that is approved for financing.

What processing or service fees are associated with MediCredit® loans?

Processing and documentation fees are in direct relation to the applicant/co-applicant’s credit profile. Once approved, an Assistant Account Executive staff member will provide you with detailed information on all fees associated with processing your loan.

Does MediCredit® provide an avenue to reduce monthly payment and interest rate?

Absolutely! By placing a reserve deposit of 5% - 20% of your loan, the interest rate paid and required monthly payment will lower accordingly.

Is there a pre-payment penalty with MediCredit®?

Never! You may pay off your MediCredit® account at anytime without penalty.

If my credit is not strong, do I have to be on the application for credit?

Yes. The patient needs to be the applicant. However, MediCredit® strongly encourages and works diligently with those applicants who can provide a co-applicant for the purpose of loan approval.

Can I finance with MediCredit® even if my physician of choice is not an Enrolled Provider with MediCredit®?

Certainly! Please provide MediCredit® with the name, address and telephone of the physician you have chosen. If that physician is not currently enrolled with MediCredit®, one of our Account Executives will make immediate contact with the physician’s facility, and arrange for your procedure to be cared for through the MediCredit® Patient Financing Program.

Once my loan with MediCredit® is approved, what is the next step?

Once you have received notice of approval from the MediCredit® staff, you will be sent documentation to that effect (via email or overnight mail), with the criteria for processing. It is important for you and your co-applicant (if any) to complete the required paperwork, sign in the areas designated, and forward the original inked copies along with proper identification as specified. MediCredit® cannot forward funds to your physician until ALL original signed documents are received in our office.

**Delay in signed paperwork can mean delay in your procedure!**

When will my first payment to MediCredit® be due?

Your first payment will be due on the 15th of the month following receipt of your signed and verified documentation. MediCredit® will always provide you with the option of automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account, or debit to the credit card of your choosing to eliminate mailing and delays in crediting your account.
